The day will kick off with a morning of discussion and theory followed by a farm tour of a pastured egg operation. Then after lunch we will take a dive into what is involved in meat bird production, with plenty of opportunity to ask your burning questions throughout the day.
To help guide us through this exciting topic, Ollie from Ashbrittle Farm will be kindly showing us around their place and Calum from Broadchurch Eco Farm will help us understand the ins and outs of meat birds.
