Brendon & Gary from The Porky Duck, have run their own businesses as well as run businesses for successful owner-operators at various times throughout their careers in Australia and abroad. We focus primarily on seasonal Tasmanian produce and ingredients. The recent explosion in Tasmanian ingredients and the unlimited potential and growth makes us very excited.

We have developed 10 variations in fillings. This is what we find most exciting about our concept. We are able to create fillings and flavours that can be finely tuned and suited to any theme, establishment, market place, festival, takeaway or café. Our focus is always on flavour. The types of filling we create adds an intensity of flavour and possibility of tasting several gourmet and premium products in one sitting at an extremely affordable price. Almost a degustation of Tassie’s finest, in a unique product. There will also be fresh bread rolls filled with our Master Stock Duck and Pork. Hoping one day we can use solely Tasmanian ducks. In our infancy we have found the HPN to be a great source of inspiration an amazing group of growers, producers and people. Collective Cohesion is our motto.
